Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using nima, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
What nima does
nima helps you use social media more intentionally by supporting features such as feed blocking, daily limits, progress tracking, streaks, and habit-building tools.
The app is designed to support healthier routines. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, or a guaranteed way to change behavior.
Your account and device
You are responsible for the device, account, permissions, settings, and subscription access you use with nima. Some features may depend on operating system permissions, app store rules, device settings, and third-party platform behavior.
Subscriptions and billing
If nima offers paid subscriptions, the price, renewal period, trial availability, and billing provider may vary by platform, region, and offer. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Billing is handled by the app store or payment provider used at purchase. Please review the checkout screen and any receipt or confirmation email before completing a purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. App Store subscriptions must be managed through Apple. Google Play subscriptions, when Android is available, must be managed through Google Play. Direct subscriptions, if offered, can be managed through the Manage page.
Refund requests are handled by the billing provider used for the purchase unless otherwise stated. For help finding the correct path, visit Cancel.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse nima, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or payment systems, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use nima for unlawful activity.
Service limits
nima may not always block, limit, or measure activity perfectly. Results can be affected by device permissions, operating system updates, third-party app changes, connectivity, or user settings.
We may update, change, pause, or remove features as the product develops.
Privacy
Your use of nima is also governed by the Privacy Policy. This Terms page does not replace that policy.
Disclaimers and liability
nima is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of nima.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if continued access would create risk for the service or other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as nima changes. The effective date will show when the latest version applies. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
